Hoyt, the repair man, treated my 97 year old mother, with the utmost respect. He was also very polite and knowledgeable about the repair. We will definitely use Mr. Appliance in the future, when the need arises.

My refrigerator stopped working and I made an appointment. Their service professional James came to my house and I could not have asked for a better guy he was nice and polite as can be and fixed my problem no bs I will for sure be calling again if I need to. overall great experience and great customer service

Mr. Applience sent a unmasked and unvaccinated repairmen to our home. He refused to wear a mask. This is the second time. My wife and I are both immunosuppressed and highly susceptible to getting the Covid-19 virus. This company has no respect for human life, its repairman could easily kill you. Courteous customer service. The technician came within the 2 hour time window, and quickly replaced a part on my gas oven. Works great now! I would call again if something else comes up.

The technician, Andrew was very polite and did a good job. However, I think having to pay over $300 to install a $75 heating element was very over-priced. Doubtful that I would call this company again.

Prompt and friendly. Arrived on time. Ordered part. Upon return installed part but found other major problem with range. Range was old and part not available so could not repair but did arrive at reduced fee satisfactory to both of us. Knowledgeable tech was very helpful with suggestions. Will use them again!
