Easy to book appointment. The Serviceman arrived in a timely manner and assessed the problem quickly. He then ordered the parts and explained the repair process. We paid for the repair and parts prior to his departure. The parts arrived in a few days and the Serviceman returned as scheduled and quickly replaced the parts and checked that the washer was working properly.
