My technician Michael was amazing from beginning to the end. He came on a Friday, they ordered the part which came in on Monday and he returned on Tuesday to fix my refrigerator. Quick parts turn-around. Even showed me how to clean the coils so I can do it yearly. Gave me suggestions on my washing machine. Office staff Diane i believe was amazing because I had many questions she was fun and understanding. Best price of four other bids I got other than HomeAdvisor. Very very Impressed.

On time, respectful, and excellent work

The repairman was very nice and polite and he knew what he was doing. I liked how they sent me a text telling me that he was on his way with a picture of him. I needed a part and they got it very quickly. The office kept me apprised of when he would be coming back and he came when promised. He thought I was also having trouble with my refrigerators filter and not just the valve he replaced. When I received my auto shipment of the filter a few days later he came back out and replaced it for me, explained to me the proper way to do it (I always had trouble replacing it) and they didn't charge me. I think they are great and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs appliance service.

Service man was very professional. Evaluated refrigerator within a couple of minutes to tell us it was the compressor, which we suspected. Too expensive to have repaired.
