prompt, fair, excellent work

Excellent experience. job was done well and sooner then I expected. Gregory came the day and time agreed, knew how to repair the build in microwave- that others could not-, had the parts and fixed the item fast and for reasonable fee.

He called me within a few minutes of my request and came out within the hour. Repaired the problem quickly and price was reasonable.

My husband and I highly recommend Greg Jenkins. He was professional, on time, and the price was more than fair.

Mr. Jenkins could not figure out what the problem was. The only issue he mentioned was a valve that was 1/2 open, and he told my wife that he had closed it. My wife called him the same afternoon when the problem recurred. I also called him several times. He has yet to return our calls. He charged $37 more than the service call fee and cashed the check immediately. I decided to try to fix the washer myself and noticed that the check valve is completely missing now. I based my decision on his overall rating, even though his service call was $34 more than what another company quoted me. If I had looked at each of his reviews I would have seen that several customers have had problems with him and that he wouldn't return their calls.

Repairman arrived on time, as promised. He had the spare part with him to fix my refrigerator, so no waiting for parts to come in. He left no mess to clean up. I have been very satisfied with the work.

They were very prompt helpful and informative. I was very happy with my service! My washer and dryer are working great!

Because we felt it was an emergency he made it to our residence within 45min. He got to work as soon as he arrived. It was apparent he certainly knew his business. He discovered the problem quickly and repaired the problem just as quickly. Because of his honesty and excellent work we plan to use him anytime Iowa have problems with our appliances and plan to tell our friends

Work was done on time and the service tech was very responsive to my needs, changing his schedule to fit mine.

Quickly replaced a burnt fuse in garage refrigerator and installed a belt that governs the speed with which our dishwasher door opens. Courteous and punctual. Remote diagnosis was on spot. Only constructive criticism I would provide is that the garage refrigerator was not returned to its original place as stabilized on two bricks and the screen on the bottom/front of the fridge was not replaced.

Very good job, I would recommend them again.
