"Sir, thank you for your review, we appreciate any customer insight that helps us get better. In regard to your work order, which I am familiar with because you and I spoke on the phone. It was determined through the diagnosis that the limit switch failed on your dryer, and we recommended that it be replaced. We also mentioned that the vent hose behind the appliance was very long and suggested that it be moved away from the wall to allow better airflow, you said you would handle that. The next day the switch blew again because of a lack of air flow, when we returned the dryer was once again pushed up against the vent hose, thus preventing air flow, we stated that we would replace the part under our 1-year warranty but it was dependent that you, as the landlord do what you said you would do and make sure the dryer was placed away from the wall. You and I spoke that same day and I agreed that we would return and replace the part that failed as well as trim back the vent hose so that space would not be an issue and there would be less of a need to move the dryer away from the wall. The next day we returned and replaced the failed part, under our 1-year warranty I might add as advertised on our website. As well as trimmed the vent hose at no additional cost to you. So I have no idea how you can honestly claim that I don't honor my 1-year warranty, that is just an outright blatant lie, also you and your tenants failed to do what you said you would do in regard to keeping the vent hose from being crushed and restricting airflow and required us to do fix the issue for you. Maybe it is not us being lazy sir."
"Ma'am, thank you for your review, while it is not the score we would like it is the score that is sometimes needed in order to make sure our technicians are proficient in their job and abilities to do the job. I am well aware of the work order and am fully aware that he was unable to find the leak, but that the leak persisted once he had left, which of course did not solve your problem. We are addressing this with the technician internally and if necessary additional training will be administered."
