"Hi Gary. I just want to make sure we are clear on the facts here. Upon our hearing of this leak situation we immediately dispatched our Service Manager to assess the situation. He then immediately contacted a professional remediation company which arrived that afternoon to place drying fans and a dehumidifier in your home. At this point there was no standing water anywhere on the floor, but the carpets were admittedly wet in the area, hence the drying equipment. We also delivered a new washing machine to replace your 15-year old unit as a courtesy for the inconvenience of the situation. On the next business day, Monday, the remediation company returned to your home to collect the drying equipment after being in place for 5 days. That company also tested the area and found there to be no remaining moisture or concerns for that area. While we were delivering the washer, you stated you wanted to get another remediation company out to your home for their own assessment. We agreed that you had every right to do so, and would be happy to discuss the situation further once you had their report. We have not heard from you since, prior to this review being posted. You have our contact info, which is on the card your requested from me. We would be happy to discuss this further. Thank you."
"Thank you for this feedback, Terry. And you are correct, this was certainly an oversight, and I apologize for that. Please know that we would have been happy to come back and address this for you if you had called us back. And certainly there would be no charge associated with that trip. We appreciate your recognition of the situation and your recommendation. Thank you for using Mr. Appliance!"
"Thank you for this feedback. I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience with us. The machine was working properly when we left the initial appointment. When you called back to say that it was still not working and that you wanted a new appliance, we tried to explain how the warranty process works and where our lines of responsibility begin and end with the manufacturer. When that answer was not what you were looking for, your reaction was not pleasant. It was our decision as a company, based on how the matter was handled by you, to no longer be involved with this manufacturer warranty situation. We notified the manufacturer that it would be best that another servicer work with you going forward. We hope this situation is resolved for you soon, but not by us. Thank you."
"Thank you for the great feedback! We are lucky to have Ramon as part of our team. So glad we could get that taken care of for you. Thank you for using Mr. Appliance."
"Thank you for your feedback!! We will never state that we are perfect. Everyone makes mistakes, But what we will promise is to make the situation right if something does not go as planned. I'm glad we were able to make it right for you. Thank you for using Mr. Appliance."
"Thank you for your feedback, Donald. I'm sorry that we did not fully meet your expectations. In looking at the notes associated with your service visit, while we were not able to fully remove the dishwasher from its location due to a trim board running across the front of it, we were still able to diagnose the problem. Our assessment was that the cost of the needed repair on this dishwasher far exceeded to value of your current unit or in-kind replacement. Our recommendation, based on the age and condition of the current dishwasher, was to purchase a new one. Lastly, it would appear that we actually referred you to a different company to install a new unit that can best address the trim board. We would be happy to discuss any additional questions or concerns you may have regarding this service call. Thank you. Mr. Appliance."
"Thank you for the review! We greatly appreciate the support. We were happy to help get your refrigerator working again!"
