Mr. Appliance of Hot Springs

DO NOT USE this company. A complete rip off. Told me that I would pay $149 for a service call on a less than 2 year old dishwasher but that would be applied toward the repair cost. Technician was very capable and cordial and found that the heating element was bad. However, the material and labor quote to repair was more than the cost of a new dishwasher. I thought I'd take it up with the owner of the company after it was repaired, since I would be out the $149 for nothing if I didn't do it. When I called Shelly the next day, she said you EITHER pay the $149 for the service call or the cost of the repair (no credit for the service call amount as I was told during my initial consult). The tech was there for one hour total and my bill, including the inflated cost of the part was $329.38. Shelly was very short when I argued with her on the phone. Wouldn't even consider doing the right thing. Beware.

Quick response. Technition determined the problem, went to electrical supply company, returned and installed parts. He explained the problem and made the repairs. hlHe did a good job, and we were pleased with his work.

Super friendly and secure/safe home visit. Repairman stayed over 2 hours. Office kept me well informed of arrival time.

The technician that came out was very professional and personal and explained everything to where I could understand what the issue was. While he was there he also showed me a couple of other things with the current appliances that I have. Would definitely recommend this company in the future.

Mr. Cody G. was our technician. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The part that went out on our dryer is a common part to go out he said, so I was surprised that they had to order it, delaying the repair time. So, he had to come back a few days later to replace the part. But, overall, I'm pleased with the service and Mr. Cody.

Mr. Appliance of Greater Little Rock is great. The service person over the phone was friendly, underderstanding and informative. I was given all the basic pricing information over the phone so there was no worries of hidden fees. I was able make a same day appointment and they arrived well within the time appointed. Their interface of business with technology from call to email to text of photo ID of your tech as well as payment availability at time of service blew me away. The tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. I would recommend Mr. Appliance of Greater Little Rock to anyone first.
