My dryer suddenly stopped working. I listed the details of my issue on Home Advisor s website and within a minute I received a call from Mr. Appliance. The technician was at my house in the next hour and had my dryer working within an hour. The tech (Glen) was polite, personable, and experienced. He explained to me exactly what the issue was and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was fast and left the laundry room exactly as he d found it. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance again.

My oven was broken and they fixed it, so no complaints there. I didn't call any other repair company so can't judge the price. Eduardo was very pleasant and efficient; he seemed to enjoy his job!

The first tech diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The second tech, who was filling in for the first the following week, anticipated needing additional parts and ordered them in advance. He did, in fact, need them. The final cost was $8 less than the original estimate. One fluky thing was he used some lubricant he saw in our garage and I'm not sure it was the correct thing to use because the fumes were very strong for almost a week. Apart from that, I will be happy to use Mr. Appliance again.

They showed up as scheduled to diagnosis as to why my freezer was not working. Order necessary part and return as schedule on time to make the repair. The front office was very pleasant over the phone. As to the cost, I assume it was the standard going rate.

We were in a bind that our dryer stopped heating. I placed my HA requested and received a call back in less than 10 minutes. They got me on the schedule for the next day. The tech identified the issue very quickly and they had the part on hand. My dryer was back to heating in less than an hour. The owner called me to set up the appointment and was very friendly. I highly recommend them for your appliance repair.
