I found them on Angis list. They came out the same day I called and did have to order a part and weâ re back with the part two days later. They did an excellent job fixing our fridge

They gave us a quote for repair. Gave us great insight into the issue with our ice maker. It was going to be an expensive fix and we felt no pressure to go through with the repair. Our repairman gave us all the information we asked for and helped guide our decision. we ultimately decided not to repair the ice maker. The cost of labor was more than fair but the price of parts from Samsung was crazy. I appreciate the total honesty and straightforwardness! Iâ ll definitely call Mr. Appliance the next time I need something repaired.

After the interior LED lights in our 2018 GE fridge started flickering, I went to Angi and they matched me up with Mr. Appliance. Greg came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, laid out the cost to repair, and ordered parts. As soon as they came in, he was out to install them. Now we can get a soda without the risk of triggering an epileptic seizure :). I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for appliance repair!

Mr. Appliance was very quick to respond to our needs. A diagnostic appointment was scheduled very quickly and within 48 hours we knew what the issues were with our washer and dryer. Overall, Greg, the technician, did an excellent job of repairing the appliances, and he was very nice and knowledgeable. The two largest issues I had with this company were the huge markup on their purchased parts. They were anywhere from 50% to 400% higher than what you could find elsewhere online. I also would have preferred that they itemized the cost of the parts on our bill, but they did not do so. So it was hard to differentiate labor cost from part cost, but in our case, it was approximately 2/3 parts, 1/3 labor. However, it should be noted that their manager did give us the option to purchase the parts ourselves to save a considerable amount of money. But if we had done that, we would not have received any warranty, which makes perfect sense. So, since they had already ordered the parts, we decided to just have them install their parts such that we could get the warranty. The only other complaint is their communication could be improved. It was very difficult trying to reach the technician after having left several messages for him. I do have to admit, despite having paid much more than I really wanted to for these repairs, Mr. Appliance was definitely committed to customer satisfaction.

Nicholas did a fine job. He was gracious and explained all that he was going to do before he did it.

It was a very good experience. Greg was quite competent. He took the time to explain what could be going on and then checked it out. We will probably need to replace the washing machine, but now we know why. I would give fifteen stars if that were possible and the next appliance repair we need will certainly be with Mr Appliance !
