Unfortunately the circuit board which had failed is no longer made by the manufacturer so the unit couldn't be fixed. However the person who came out to do the diagnostics was very professional and knowledgable.

Refrigerator needed a new fan. $350. I really don t know if this is a good price but just went with it. You are kind of at whatever they say unless you shop it out which I didn t have time for.

He was here less than 1 hour to replace an O-ring clamp on my washer and charged me $194.00 for the repair.

Mr. Appliance contacted me and was able to schedule a service call on the same day. Serviceman showed up in the scheduled time frame. Eric knew exactly what was required and was able to remedy the situation immediately. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the oven and stovetop needing attention. Cost was more than reasonable. I appreciate the quick turnaround and attention to detail.
