although the technician fix the first additional problem,he failed to assemble properly the dishwasher and cost further issues

I have a 30 year old Whirlpool Dishwasher - QuietPartner I Model, and Mr. Aplliance Technicians were able not only diagnose the problem with water leakage from underneath the dishwasher, but able to get new parts for this particular dishwasher which is a circulation motor by Whirlpool, which is hardwired to an electrical special outlet, which is a motor pump, and a volute with seal, which is a lining on the pump and also a dishwasher door lining as well which protects against leakage. I would recommend Mr. Appliance Repair for any major household appliances repairs. I would rather repair my dishwasher than buy a new one since I already have bought several mega large boxes of dishwasher Finnish Powerball Tablets which could only be used by my dishwasher since it is not compatible with other detergents, and the Finnish Jet Dry Rinse Agent to properly rinse out without leaving stains on utensils and keeping dishes dry. I also have the Finnish Cleaning Agent which cleans the dishwasher from grease and oil, and lifestyle as well, a fortune of supplies which only can be used with this model type dishwasher. I also had Mr. Appliance fix a dryer power knob and power circuit with new parts as well for a job well done.

They were on schedule and analyzed the problem immediately. The professionalism and politeness was outstanding. The job was completed and I'm extremely satisfied with the results.

Dryer repair- diagnose broken belt, cost $75 can be bought at Amazon including shipping and handling for less than $20. Total cost for parts and labor $400+ Price gouging - will not be using their services in the future.

Moe contacted me same day, and had my oven repaired before 2pm. Very swift and efficient. I would recommend to all! appliance problem: broken igniter and stripped screws.

They told me I needed 2 new switches for my dryer and it would be $309 the $39 visit. I had another company come out and all I needed was a new knob.

John sent the tech Geraldo the next day. He diagnosed the repair for the washer dryer combo. John forwarded the contract, answered my questions, ordered the part and confirmed the 1year warranty on the repair in writing. Geraldo repaired the washer when the part arrived. He was professional and the washer works! So we are grateful.

The dryer stopped working the day after the tech installed the new timer. They have not responded to any of my calls to contact them.

During this hard time, and given that we are especially vulnerable considering our age, they came promptly, and the technician arrived wearing an n95 mask, gloves, shoe covering and sanitizer.

They did an excellent job. Came initially on a Sunday morning bright early. They looked at my dryer, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. On Tuesday they called and advised they had the part and would come in the afternoon to install. Came and within the hour I had a working dryer. Quick and efficient

Highly recommended! The name of our technician was Mo Lieberman from Mr. Appliance of Midwood and was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable about our dishwasher and the repair process. He did a thorough inspection, figured out the problem and was very clear about the pricing and service options available to us. By fixing the dishwasher, Mo pretty much saved my marriage, LOL!!!
