Very knowledgable about both our washer and dryer- not only did he fix both problems, but he also suggested ways to avoid the recurance of them. Would definitely invite him back with any other appliance issue we encounter in the future.

From the convenience of scheduling, getting a text with a photo of the repair person coming, a text prior to arrival, and efficient, professional, clean service with a smile all around! Tom was incredible on both trips as I needed a part ordered for the broken ice maker, but the microwave was fixed quickly the first day. I asked a lot of questions and Tom was super knowledgeable and helpful! Wore a mask the entire time and just couldn't have been a better experience from start to finish! I highly recommend!

We had Lance from Mr. Appliance come in & fix our dishwasher. My husband put several hours into trying to diagnose & fix our dishwasher. He has ALWAYS been able to fix everything in our home. We never call someone to fix our stuff. Well he just couldn't figure it out so we called Mr. Appliance as our last resort within 5 min ( yes seriously 5 minutes) Lance had our dishwasher working. So happy with this company & service guy! Professional & intelligent! I was prepared to toss out this dishwasher until Lance fixed it! Thanks again. Will definitely use this company again!

the man was very rude. had to come back because dryer wasn't working after he said he fixed it. cleaned our dryer vent and charged 189 dollars. husband ended up cleaning it himself and got a whole lotta lint out. was mad he had to come back later in the day and was rude, angry, and argued with my husband. started tossing stuff around in my laundry room like a spoiled child. complained to company and never even got a call back...all while i was recovering from from surgery

Quick response to call. Explained repair needs clearly. Took care of same day. Follow up fix to a problem handled well also. Recommend!!!

Never used home advisor before. Was very pleased. Mr. Appliance was very efficient.Called same day/Friday to schedule for Monday. (Even though it said MUskego, they have local techs.) Impressed with service. They sent email with technician s info, picture and 2 hour window. Day of, they txted and emailed he was on the way. Josh the technician was personable and knowledgeable. Wasn t able to fix it right away since we needed a part. He gave options for new dryer vs repair cost. We opted for new dryer since ours was 10 yrs old. If we needed it repaired instead, DEFINITELY would call Josh back. Happy with home advisor and very happy with Josh and Mr. Appliance.

It's very nice that they sent a picture of the technician, so we always knew who was coming. They also kept us up to date on when they were coming. It was an over all excellent experience.

Service was on time and able to find an area to dry clothes. Unfortunately to fully repair a full replacement of timer is needed and too costly to repair versus buy a used or new dryer. There was confusion of who was scheduled and arrived for appointment.

I was impressed from the first with Ashley who answered the phone and coordinated our appointments. Our first visit prompted a follow-up to replace the motor in our dishwasher. They were accommodating with our schedules, on time, polite, and fair with pricing. I would recommend without reservation. You are who we will call the next time we need a repair. Thank you!

Arrived on time- polite & efficient!

It was more expensive than I had expected to just repair a belt. They sent two men and didn't inform me of that. They broke the metal flue on the dryer that exhausts to the outside. I am still without a working dryer until I can get someone to repair the flue. I did not want to call them back because there is a $79 trip charge. They did a good job though and cleaned up nicely in my basement.

Problem diagnosed quickly. Parts had to be ordered, so waiting on that.

Was honest, and did a good job!! Ended up buying new appliance anyway!!

I think his answers were unsatisfactory and did not answer my questions. I feel that he gave no good answers but gave bad advice. I had to pay about $83 for a diagnostic fee but he did not do any actual work on my dishwasher.

The tech that did our work did a great job. Found the problem that was not what I had expected. Good news was that it was a lot simpler and cheaper. Really nice job.

The technician who worked on my appliance was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with this experience.

My dryer needed a gas igniter which had to be ordered. This was on a Monday and on Wednesday the service man, Kevin came back to install it. I was very impressed with his professionalism and that he answered a barrage of my questions. Thank you, Kevin!
