The price was a little unreasonable, $300 for simply replacing a hose was a bit much. Further, the individual who came to replace the hose was unable to drill a proper hole in the areas needed to complete the repair.

Very nice people. They state costs up front which is helpful. And they call and text before appointments as well. I did have one concern about my appliance after they left- so the best advice is to make sure everything is reviewed before they leave

Priced on job basis not material and labor. Appointment to 8 days after receiving parts ordered. Parts replacement takes only 20 minutes.
