Late for an appointment, never called to let us Know he would be late. He unplugged the dishwasher and said he was resetting the main board. He said it was working fine now so he does not replace parts if the machine is working. It worked for two days and quit. I ordered the defective part online and we repaired it ourselves. Works great now.

Service was great and repair work was done quickly. Had an oven that would not work on bake. Obvious igniter issue. Repair cost not the cheapest, but happy with service.

Technician was fast but company needed to order part which was received later than was stated. Electronic igniter was replaced but I was told there was no gas leak. However I still smell gas at times.

Arrived within the provided window for both the inspection and the repair. Had to order parts, which was accomplished within one day, so repair could be done the next day. Keith, our technician, was excellent; courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable, explaining the issues simply. Highly recommend this business!
