I wish I had seen this bad review before making the appointment (how were you able to give half a star?) I had a very frustrating and dismissive experience with this company. We paid ~$400 to repair a refrigerator issue that was not fixed at all, even after 3 visits. The technician initially recommended replacing a thermistor, which we approved based on his professional judgment. The repair did not resolve the issue. On a later visit, the technician himself expressed doubt that further expensive repairs would help. When we tried to resolve this with management, communication was extremely poor?we were repeatedly told someone would call us back and no one did. When we finally reached a manager, we were offered only ~$120 back, while being charged for multiple visits, diagnostics, and a part that did not fix the problem. At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience?both in terms of the repair

I had an appointment with the Tooele, Utah, Franchise office between 8-10 am and they never showed up and never called. I called them at 10:30 to find out what happened and they said they scheduled someone who's day off it was and they could not fix the problem immediately and instead wanted to reschedule. I wasted 2.5 hours of my day waiting for them and now I still have a broken appliance for my tenant. When I told the secretary I was a busy man and did not have time to wait around for professionals to not show up she said that they were very busy in their office. This remark showed such lack of quality control and customer service that I do not know what to say. I am beyond upset with their unprofessionalism. I am asking for a full refund of the appointment fee and will never use them again. I would also love a check for the 2.5 hours they wasted of my time, too, but I am not holding my breath on that one.
