I am very grateful that you were able to work me in on such short notice since the refrigerator was leaking water and damaging the floor and carpeting. Initially, they said they could not come out until this morning, but then called back 5 minutes later with a repairman on the way. It was critical to get the leak stopped, so I could have the water repair specialists come to address the drenched carpet issues in 3 rooms. Thank you for making me a priority!! The repairman was also clean cut and courteous. Much appreciated!

Was able to get same day service. The place I had scheduled called to tell me they were behind and asked if they could schedule the next day. I had taken that day off specifically so I cancelled with them and started researching - I found the Service Magic website and found Mr. Appliance. Very helpful and accomodating.

Not really sure about the quality since our washer was finished. At least the tech didn't try to make a costly repair that would have been more than a new washer.

The repairman (Sean Robinson) called ahead, arrived on time, and identified the problem quickly. He informed me of my options and once I made my decision, initiated the necessary and appropriate actions. I felt I received a good value for the expense. Actually, this survey is the only thing that has confused me through this whole process. On the rating, what's best? #1? or #5? I made the assumption that more stars is better, but such should be stated. Everyone knows that #1 is best! But is it?

I would give them a very high rating. Service tech arrived on time and was able to repair our appliance - otherwise we would have had to buy a new microwave/oven combo unit!! They will receive our business in the future!!

I was very happy with this company, the project turned out to be expensive, but that was due to a part that had to be reordered, none of the companys fault. the technician took his time to explain the problem,and ordered the necessary part, even negotiating a discount. He left a sqeaky clean jobsite behind after he was done.

Customer Service was outstanding! Melissa was great at keeping in contact with me. She was friendly and very accommodating. Troy came out to our house. He was friendly and very neat. He diagnosed our problem, explained to us what needed to be done, and came back to install our needed part. Our freezer is working great!

This company has not in three weeks completed my requested service repair. every time they come out they seem to break a part on my stove and have to order the part that takes an additional 3or more days to get in.As of 09-12-11 i will be CANCELLING my work order and will highly reccomend that this company is not very effeicent !!!
