Fixed stove as asked, had part in truck, quick job

It is Friday on a holiday weekend and my business washing machines BOTH need immediate service which Mr. Appliance squeezed us in same day and repaired the washers! No emergency service service charge, just the same charge for the trip like any other day!

For a diognostic fee to be wavied after completion of repairs, they still charged me the $75.00 plus parts and labor. WHY?

Easy and courteous appointment process, service rep was on time, professional, fixed the problem the first time, and helped with a second problem that I remembered when he was there. Very satisfied.

I am not sure how to rate the value for money as this was the first time we need to fix our washer and really have no experience with other repair shop. I do want to say that we are lucky to have an outfit such as Mr. Appliance who is willing to service a wide area. Their customer service is outstanding. It is very important to those of us who rely on 3rd party to fix our appliances. Keep up the good work!

Great people to work with! They didn't take a week to put me on the schedule, were more pleasant to deal with and offered very helpful information on the repair issues than the bigger company in town,,.

Told over the phone that there was a minimum charge but repairs would be deducted from the minimum charge. Woman on phone neglected to tell me that it was a 2 hour minimum charge. Repairman was done in less than a couple of minutes and charged $140 for labor. Will never use this company again.

The service that I received was exceptable and fine, no problems at all. The only thing I didn't like was that actually we put in a requst online, and then basically only thing that did was made me go 'log in' on the website and I had to call the contractor. Which seems to besides the point of your website. The company should be contacting you a little bit, that is my only complaint.

Immediate call for making appointment, follow up call and call prior to arrival. Very friendly and prepared not to get floor dirty :o) Very knowledgable and efficient in getting job done. Clean up at end very thorough. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

The repair visit for my dishwasher was quick.The Service Technician was very friendly and I really appreciated him placing a mat at the front door and taking off his shoes and placing booties on his feet. Although he was unable to recreate the same problem we incurred he said that he would come back at no additional charge if it happened again.
