Quoted repair on washer for $424 came 2 weeks later to fix. Did not fix, was still doing same thing I orig called them about and I was still unable to wash clothes. We told tech we wanted a full refund. He said someone would call us to refund. They did not and after many messages to supervisor, Shawn, and owner Quentin Smith, they will not call us back. I had to spend another $730 and buy a new washer after paying this dishonest company $424 to not repair.

My washing machine was shaking all over the laundry room even though it seemed to be washing our clothes just fine. The repair man found the problem and had to order the part, but warned me that it may not completely solve the shaking. He said the I should decide if I wanted to try the repair or just replace the machine. I decided it was worth the risk of $100, and I am glad I did, because the washer has been doing fine. This saved me quite a bit of money over the cost of a new machine.

The technician Shawn was friendly and arrived early. We were worried about an extra charge for a Saturday which did not occur. He was thorough and professional. His examination led to our stove getting 'on line'. We would recommend their honest professional service to any friend in a similar situation. We will call them again without hesitation if we need a repair. We are also not prone to reviews but the exemplary service deserved recognition.

everyone I spoke with was very professional polite and acted like they knew what they were doing. Shawn and Clinton came out to fix my washing machine in my motorhome. It was enjoyable to listen and watch them work as they were polite and yet had fun while they were doing their job. The price was very fair for the job they did and our location. I was very thankful that they were able to get on post as they are both veterans. I also liked that they sent a good picture of Shawn so that I knew who would be showing up at my door. They have all the makings of a long lasting company. You should try them.

The repairman did not show up the day and hours I expected him. I called the company the next day and the scheduler admitted they made a mistake and did not assign my ticket to a repairman. she got someone out there that afternoon though. The scheduler apologized for the mistake. The repairman was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Great service, they keep you informed and showed up on time. My only complaint was the call center which didn't have a clue what they were doing. The Mr Appliance dispatcher was great, but if they were busy, the call center answered and seemed to be lost and kept me on hold for long time I hung up. I finally contacted the Mr Appliance dispatcher and she was great.

Still awaiting ordered parts for my Fisher-Paykal Dishdrawer repair - it has been a little over a week at this point. No estimate of when the parts would arrive was given, but at least they ordered them (unlike the first contractor who simply collected $50 and never followed through.

The receptionist is absolutely a doll! They will walk you step by step through everything that happened, what was needed and why it was needed. And the tech Shawn that came out was also a doll, and not scared of my two large Great Danes, and he was very very friendly. I can't say enough, they were great!
