Mr. Appliance of White Marsh contacted me immediately and had a service tech at my house that afternoon. The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me what the problem was, in a way that I understood. Unfortunately the parts are no longer available. He took the time to search several places and even called his office and had them searching. I HIGHLY Mr. Appliance of White Marsh!!

Nothing but high praise for Jason and Dana. Couldn t beat same day service. The technician Dana was professional and very courteous and clearly knows his stuff. The follow up communication to insure my satisfaction was a breath of fresh air. Very attentive company. Would use again and I highly recommend! Thanks Jason & Dana!!

I put my information into Home Advisor and Jason (owner) called me within 30 minutes. He took the time and worked on his day off researching my problem with my washer. He was very honest with me. I would highly recommend him and his company. Thank you Jason!

The owners and tech were very professional. We had some initial complications and the owners stayed in continuous communication and made adjustments until we were completely satisfied. We will call on them again!

They were quick and responsive. The owner of the company came out and did the repair himself. Only took a few minutes. He was polite and friendly. The only thing I can complain about honestly is that I thought the price of the repair was a bit high. $180 to replace a $16 part. They do however gurantee it for a year.

A very professional man, Eric, was able to diagnose the problem as well as honestly give us a quote of how much the repair would be. He gave us advice on how to avoid future problem(s) for which we were extremely grateful. Any future repairs we may need in our home will certainly involve Eric and Mr Appliance!
