I was disappointed when the serviceman explained that the dishwasher had not be installed correctly--and that caused the problem, but then said he couldn't fix it because of liability issues!!! Err..... Does that mean I need to have them out every couple of months @ $200.00 to clean out the drain instead of fixing the problem while he was here! I will look of a company that can and will fix the problem.
