Mr. B Home Services

This man is the best I have ever used. He knows what he is doing diagnosis the problem quickly. In one situation the refrigerator wasn’t working . Erwin reset the computer so it would work, ordered the while at my home the part for next day delivery and repaired the refrigerator the same day the part came in.

Erwin is representing Whirlpool but they don?t know anything about him. He came to fix my ice maker and water dispenser. Had a difficult time getting. When finished we paid and later found he had broken the lights in the fridge. We called back and when he returned he said he had nothing to do with it. Whirlpool is coming to fix what he did. Don?t hire them. He also has an F rating on BBB for the same reasons.

He showed up on time, he was three days in a row when he said he was going to show up, he was a nice guy but he was not able to complete the job as promised.

Fridge went out last night. Erwin answered call first thing this AM. Bad capacitor & relay replaced and running again! Great job by Mr. B Home Services 239-351-5500 - Prompt, professional, courteous & friendly. In & out in a half hour & extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

Mr. B, is very personable and satisfies the customer's requests. He knows his craft very well and is very fast not only in the work performed but the interaction before the job. What a wonderful and refreshing indication that there are people out there who are professionals and earn their rates. Thank you ANGI for steering me to this gentleman. I will ask this gentleman to do more tasks as they arrive to me for completion. May GOD bless him and his family.
