I had 1 less than ideal experience with an employee but knew the company would stand by its commitmen, a rare experience here.another plus: the customer can decide how often she wants service: unheard of in this business.

we got mr. beez at our indio home, a large 3300sq ft house, plus yard, we got a terrific price and now that we’ve lived to a smaller condo, we retained them. and they dropped the price! wow, still a great deal, far better than others we checked out, the guys that service our home have always been super professional and i recommend them friends when i get a chance to discuss bug guys…

We heard mice chewing within our side wall last night. So this morning (Friday), I requested a Home Advisor quote and within 10 minutes received a phone call and was scheduled this early afternoon. Terrific customer service! Terry called to say he was on his way, and he was on time. He investigated, gave a great quote to close up openings around the house and set some traps. He performed the work immediately and will come back next week to check the traps. Again, fantastic customer service!!

I was very happy with Mr Beeze. He arrived at the appt. time and was very thorough checking for termites.

Always contact tme the day before their arrival and do a good job. I gave them 4.5 stars because they do miss some of the ant hills in my DG. I should point these out to them prior to service as I m sure the technician would spray them.

I was interviewing Beez to ensure I would get a safe spray job in my yard. The tech rep was very open with his information regarding ingredients and safety. Since he was also at times the applicator/service person it was clearly in his best interest to understand the chemicals. After he left I checked out as best I could the active ingredients and was able to understand the risk assessment (very low). While I have not signed a contract with Beez, or anyone else yet, they are at the top of my list.

He responded our inquiry swiftly and came out the next day to smoke out a huge wasp's nest in a planter box near our driveway. highly recommend for this work.

Andrew came out and set traps in my attic. He came back several times to check the traps which were empty. He advised me to call back if I continued to hear noises.

They responded quickly and made a appt. at which time I hired them. My next door neighbor wanted an appt. also. They exterminated my bees and I had them spray for spiders too.

He was very helpful in explaining the pest problems and the treatment of them. Also very professional.
