Thank you so much for making this whole nightmare, bearable! Who knew that a well known carpet cleaning company, could flood your living room, damage walls and carpeting, and just walk away like they are the best thing since sliced bread. News flash! Customer care matters and thank God for David and this company. We appreciate you and your time, and thank you for all of your work, support, and sharing of your knowledge. This is never a pleasant experience for the homeowner. Time and patience, compassion and understanding is a necessity and I'm glad we called you for the job.

This is (unfortunately) the second time we've needed mitigation with flooding from a second-story wash room. Captain Clean did a fabulous job! The first time we flooded a different company immediately cut holes in ceilings and walls without consulting us or providing information. Captain Clean clearly explained their findings and provided options that allowed for a less invasive approach. It saved us a great deal of time, money, and stress. We highly recommend their services.

I had significant water damage and called Mr. Captain Clean on the recommendation of my plumber. I have no issue with their work or their cost, but they hired a subcontractor to do the vast majority of the work. These people - who called themselves the restoration team sent in four people who spent a full day tearing out damaged parts of my kitchen and bathroom. Their work was pretty good, though not perfect. They left behind some dehumidifiers. For that, my insurance company was charged, and paid, SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS.

Dave and his team were quick to respond. They carefully removed baseboards to save them and helped me pack up the room that got water damage. They came by every day to adjust equipment as needed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we appreciate the great service.

In a very busy hurricane recovery period, Dave replied quickly to my call, came by next day to evaluate ( very small job), discussed scheduling, notified me of delays, and got the job done.
