Cleaned gas fireplace. Vacuum restacked wood logs. $350.00 for 25 minutes. High way robbery. Never again. Post COVID rip off.

Job was done well and thorough.

This is the 2nd time I hired Mr. Chimney. I have an old house in Dutchess County with 3 chimneys as well as a cottage with its own chimney. Mr. Chimney, scheduled out of the Mamaroneck office, have performed chimney cleaning, replacing the liner to a chimney & mason work to the outside. Additionally they have added screens to 3 chimneys. Carlos & his crew were professional, quiet & left my property cleaner than they found it. Highly recommended, easy to work with.

Mike at Mr. Chimney was professional and handled my job quickly. I was told exactly what the problem was and once the parts came in my project was completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend using them!

Great first impression. He called me to inform me that he was on his way. Upon arrival immediately began to assess the fireplace. Found the problem and then educated on prevention and maintenance. Would highly recommend.

Great experience and when I can fire up the new wood burning stove in the fall I can complete the survey! All good on 10/19 and first use...bada bing.

I contacted Mr. Chimney and they responded immediately. We scheduled an appointment and I was notified when they were on site. This was important since I live out of state. I spoke to Ken who gave me his evaluation of the situation a well as quoted mea price for the job which I thought was very reasonable. Having previously spoken to two other contractors and gotten their evaluation and price, I decided to go with Mr. Chimney.I am so glad that I chose this company for my chimney needs. In the future if anyone is ever looking for a chimney repair or cleaning job I will be sure to refer them to this company. Great job; I have been truly satisfied with not only their work but their prompt response time and courteous manner. Such a pleasure working with Ken and I give this company 5 stars!!

They did a good job and were careful to cover everything and clean up

After securing four estimates from Home adviser I hired Mr. chimney. Interestingly, the estimates were quite different even for completing the same recommended work. Also different companies recommended different solutions for the same problem. I selected Mr. chimney because his evaluation of the problem coincided with another very reliable company. In addition, he is a local company and had been highly recommended by friends and neighbors. His workmen arrived on schedule, completed the work, and left the area absolutely clean. They did not recommend additional projects and their price was reasonable....neither the highest or lowest. I will utilize Mr Chimney for any projects in the future.

This company is extremely expensive. Shop around and save lots of money
