Mr. Clean Alot Pressure Washing Service

Vendor stated he would not leave debris on ground but he left it on driveway. Asked vendor to call me 30 mins before complete so I could inspect and pay him but he did no comply. I contacted vendor and he said he would come by my location to pick up his check, vendor stated he would be there in 30minutes. After 2-1/2 hrs I called vendor who said he would be there in 30 more minutes. When vendor arrived, after 3 hours of my waiting for him, he asked me to pay him a "Tip" for going out of his way to get his check. I paid him the agreed amount but didn't inspect his work until the following day and found the debris in the driveway. I am happy with the price and actual work done but not the clean-up or his reliability, Had the vendor done what I had asked, in the first place, I would have inspected the job while he was still there and paid him on the spot. He did not comply with my request to call me 30 mins prior to completion so his driving out of his way for the check is solely his fault. I thought it was in poor taste to repeatedly ask for more money for him having to come to me to get paid.

Donnie told me he wanted his customers to be happy when the job was complete. I am far from happy. He did not complete all the work that was promised in writing. He did not move anything like umbrella stands, picnic tables, chairs. The few things he did move were just left where he moved them to, in the grass or pathways. He did not pressure wash around my pool or wash out drainage strip by pool. He also neglected to move my potted tomato plants far enough away from where he was washing the fence with bleach and killed all plants that were full of flowers and tomatoes that I grew from seeds. I had an expensive wood table on my patio that he was supposed to move to my garage (I have that in writing) before washing under patio and I looked out and he was pressure washing the ceiling of patio and water was free falling on my NOT outdoor wood table. I was very very upset & disappointed in the whole experience. Then he promised he would come back this week and "make me happy" but NOT a word from him and its more than half way through Wednesday and the week. I paid way too much for the shoddy work I received.
