Central A/C - Service or Repair - For Business
Jeff gets one star for being kind and accommodating. But. I trust contractors to be consistent. He charged me $120 for the estimate he says on his page here is "free." He then misdiagnosed my AC issue by doing an incomplete leak test (vacuum only, not pressure), and, saying he could fix it, got another $350 or so out of me. After my refrigerant line froze after his repair, he again misdiagnosed the issue. I now have a different HVAC go-to guy and also learned a lot about AC units myself trying to fix it (since, after he had gotten nearly $500 out of me, he conveniently became less available).

Power was restored, vacuum and pressure test was done and charged with R22. Airflow issue causing freezing was set to be resolved after your trip. I stand by my work and I am willing to find a solution that would help you feel satisfied with the service now that you are back from your trip."

Jeff has done a great job diagnosing the problem and providing options for the solution. We had to replace the breaker box and some wiring so this old house can continue providing electricity. He seems to know a lot about electrical stuff and has been very helpful. Would definitely hire again and recommend him to others.

Jeffrey did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing an intermittent electrical issue in my basement that others couldn’t resolve. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and my overall electrical setup.
