To whom it may concern Carlos Melendez posing as licensed contractor doing business as Mr C Home improvement LLC as per Angies list is illegally performing substandard work. he failed to finish job as per contract ; failed to paint ; left debris and wrecked security light . We paid him $1600 he kept screaming you owe me more we asked him to leave our property once it became clear he was not going to live up to terms of agreement. He and his partner began making physical threats we have filed a police report! We have all records be sure to warn other consumers unfortunately Angies list cannot be trusted to validate these people actually are licensed!!

My double front doors needed new weather stripping, needed to be rehung, and had to be repainted as did the handrails on the steps. Mr. C. was clear about the best way to get the results I wanted, Heâ  s busy so I had to wait a while, which was not a problem as nothing was urgent. But he stayed in touch and when we settled on a day, he and his guys came and did all we agreed quickly and well and for a fair price.

I had an emergency, my wife was hospitalized. I had started replacing the flooring, I got as far as getting the old floor up, after my wife got sick I was unable to get it done. I called and they were able to squeeze me in to their schedule, price was much better than I expected. They did an amazing job and I would definitely hire them again. Very nice and professional.

Carpentry Framing Repair
Great work, got to work fast and punctual, great work quality. Explained the job before and started right away. Great price for the work done. Was able to fixed a frame for a door, install a hammock and the poles for a sail. Worked was done the same day. Would definitely hire again.

Price to dismantle, dispose of old and install 150â of 6â wooden privacy was considerably lower than 5 other contractors, so much so, I was nervous about what Iâ d be getting. Mr. C used quality materials and the installation was done exactly how I specified it to be. I have already hired them for another project.
