What an awful experience! If there was a negative star rating for customer service I would give them the lowest. They literally took a part off my door without permission that cost me $500. They literally, told me I could come pick up part knowing I was no where near the service area. I live states away. My main issue is with the owner. I told the owner I would have to call the cops regarding stolen part, and owner replied good luck. They were very misleading and deceitful throughout this process. Complete lack of communication between admin, Julia and myself. Barely responded back to calls or emails.

He arrived on time, did an excellent job at the agreed on fair price and offered suggestions that were helpful. If I need any other door work done, I'll call on Mr. Door Man again. Mort S. N. Miami Beach, FL

Door was in bad shape, but they did a fantastic job on the repair

The sliding glass doors were sticking and really hard to open and close. They repaired the doors so they work with little effort. Great job.

I paid for the job in full and they followed up as promised. The installer arrived stripped away old door, jams and threshold. Installed new door with new door jams, threshold and the seal around the door, along with new door knobs and peep hole. Very happy with the quality of work and materials used.

Door looks great and delivered when advised. The guy who delivered the door took measurements for my sliding glass door project and advised was going to email me quotes but never got anything. Guess I'll use someone else for that since I'm not about to chase a company down to give business to who may not want it.
