John has been a great example of how people should treat each other. He fixed our plumbing like a professional and when we thought there was an issue, he assessed the issue free of charge. My family is going through a really difficult time and he was very empathetic to our situation. He assured me that he would pray for my family and that I could call him anytime, not as a plumber, but as someone to listen as a friend. Thank you John!
