Great customer service and timely

We smelled something awful inside on a Sunday. I put a request out via Angi for mold testing. John at Mr. Dry called us back Sunday night, was here on Monday to test the walls and the air. We had our report back Wednesday am. (fortunately it was negative). He was concerned for us as it was in a bedroom. We appreciated his concern, and his prompt attention to our situation.

Not pleased. Promises were not kept.

Mike is very experienced and professional. We are recovering from storm surge in our home and this testing is a important step in the process. We are very confident in Mikes knowledge and assessment.

In January of 2022, we experienced water infiltrating our residence due to severe storms. The event created a need for mold remediation and restoration of our master bedroom and bathroom. As an architect, we approached the selection of a firm via a request for proposal. We short-listed three firms and carried on conversations with them. Mr. Dry Services far exceeded our expectations. My fiance stressed the fact that Mr. Dry had been in business for 21 years. Upon their selection, they provided us with a team of professionals that had the required expertise and experience to complete our project. More importantly, they possessed people skills and were always courteous. Key management personnel, Tony and Bill, created an initial evaluation of our needs and prepared estimates that were negotiated and approved by our insurance company... a major concern that became a relief. During the initiation, as well as the duration of the project, Bill was always available by phone or in-person to answer our questions and prepare us for what to expect. We never encountered any surprises during the process. Jacob, the on-site leader, was very knowledgeable and friendly. His team comprised of Carlos, Corey, and Andres possessed the same attributes. After the work for the day was complete...they always asked us if we wished them to vacuum the pathways they utilized. To all readers of this review, this is not a common occurrence during a home remodeling and restoration project. The final restoration is a sight to see and enjoy. We are now...two happy campers, who have been sleeping in our living room and are currently returning to our bedroom. The website only permits me to give five stars...Mr. Drys was a ten-star performance. Why go anywhere else for your remediation, restoration, and remodeling needs...call Mr. Dry and ask for Tony and Bill. We are beginning to plan our next project with them.

Excellent service! Mr. Dry Services did the complete job. They came to inspect for the cause of mold spores, They found the source and called me to notify my insurance, They were there with the inspector to verify the cause, They sent a proposal to my insurance company, The insurance company accepted their proposal, They did ALL the work completely with NO problems, They retested to show the mold was gone. Overall a great job with little hassle. I am very, very satisfied with the quick solution of this troublesome mold problem.
