He could have asked me if he needed more money. He told me it was his responsibility to move things in my home. He moved all my personal info and threw away stuff. I would not pay him one night because he helped himself to money and my jewelry. I told him I would pay him after he repaid me. He left me on the floor hurt and helpless. and he knew how bad off I was, I had to crawl to the phone in order to call the police and fire dept.

Mr. Kobe did professional cleaning. I am very pleased with Mr. Elbow Grease. I am ready to use his service again.

We had to get a home ready for sale, and Mr. Elbow Grease got it cleaned up - and absolutely spotless. Super professional, a delight to interact with and did a fantastic job. I move out from a town house and he cleaned the drawers, laundry area, inside the closets. I was very satisfied with the service. He also arrived on time.

Unfortunately, there were several mishaps with this service. He was late and did not answer when I called (rang, then straight to voicemail), then talked to my sister (not the number on file) and stated I told him the day before that it was canceled, which was not the case. He did fit in the cleaning that day but left several areas not fully cleaned (oven, pendant lights, mop/broom clearly missed) that were charged (some extra) for (pictures taken). The refrigerator was cleaned with a dirty item, which transferred animal hair into the empty fridge/freezer. I can overlook the pieces of not having a formal quote or invoice to email, and he is starting off, but we were not aware that he only accepts, cash or Zelle, which caused a slight issue for payment. Pros: bathrooms were done well. Polite. Corrected his scheduling issue.

I had an urgent need and Coby was responsive to my time constraints, was prompt, prepared and stuck with it! Extra points for his cheery nature too. I will definitely use Mr Elbow Grease again!

He was very respectful, diligent and precise. He folded tons of clothes four full months for a mother and two children one being a toddler.) He kept his mask on and even offered to help with another project we were already doing in the house. I definitely highly recommend Mr. Kobe.
