Tried to upsell unnecessary, very expensive work with scare tactics. ( If you don’t pay thousands of dollars, your house will burn down). Left a mess and overpriced. Avoid.

The electrician, Josh is very professional, kind, courteous. He knows his business to the T. I would highly recommend Josh and Mr. Electric of North Shore. They have my business.

Just called to get an estimate on someone coming to look at my breaker box because my heat isn't working and I have 2 small children in the home and I'm pregnant with twins going to give birth Monday. The lady that answered the phone has a severe attitude problem and made me change my mind about using this company. Very disrespectful and not a good look for the company.

Sam was great. He did excellent work. He even checked all of my electrical outlets to make sure they were operating properly and up to code. He replaced an old bathroom light, heat and exhaust fan and two GFI outlets.

Very professional. Even came out on a Saturday. Issue with 2 different outlets. Both fixed in no time. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Mr Electric was very unprofessional. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. The tech that came out (Jacob Partin) refused to give me any idea how much the job might cost me. He kept insisting that I can t tell you how much it will cost until I pull your wires out from the wall. I told him to stop after he took the plate from the wall. I asked him several times to give me something to go on before he completed his diagnosis. He stopped as I asked and said he would mail me the bill. I asked him to stop because I realized I was not going to get a quote or estimate like home adviser had given me before he had come out. So I get the estimate for 274.00 which included The diagnosis fee of 156.00. I called the office and asked why he could not tell me that amount while he was with me.The office clerk insisted that he could not give me a price while he was in my home, but could easily send me a complete bill without pulling the wires from the wall all of a sudden. That is all I wanted him to tell me when He was here. After going back and forth with the office manager over this whole issue we finally agreed to disagree. I told her that nobody gets work done unless they have some idea how much the cost is. Well I paid the 156.00 and still have the same problem I started with. I told her if he had given me the total he emailed back to me I at least had the choice of doing the work or not. I had just had a receptacle replaced for $60.00 months earlier. I imagined that the diagnostic fee of 156.00 would take care of the job.i made the payment months ago and today got a letter from a lawyer saying I owed and was being sued for the payment I had made months ago. I called and asked why I was getting this bill and the same office person told me with no apology but to say this happens some times. Imagine how I felt when she insisted that I needed to call the lawyer and straighten it all out. I was beyond angry and I told her that was their responsibility to straighten that out since they were the ones who hired them. Well she disagreed and angrily told me bye. So I am stuck with the responsibility of fixing a problem that they created. This was my experience with Mr. Electric. They will never get my business again nor will I recommend them. Just make sure they give you some kind of price range before they come out. Not very good customer service at all. Sorry for the lengthy message but not to happy at the outcome of this one and I still have to contact Their lawyer.

This electric company is the best that has ever come to our home. The service provider, Jacob, was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He was able to pinpoint the problem in just a few minutes and fix the problem. He also made sue everything was working properly through the house before he left. Thank you for your service to us.

Today, we called Mr. Electric because our heating system was smoldering at its old outlet. We had service almost immediately. Robert Smith checked everything and recommended that we get rid of an old, dangerous electric panel. I really appreciated his clear, knowledgeable, no-pressure advice. He and Mr. DVante worked hard, efficiently, and we have our lights, heat, and safe, new panel for a fair price in what seems like no time. An excellent, professional team.Thank you so much. Arrived promptly. Made a call before arriving to let me know they were on their way. They actually put on shoe covers before entering my home! I really appreciated this! They also placed down a mat at my homeâ s entrance before coming into my home. They did great work! They were professional, respectful and friendly! I have already booked my second appointment. I highly recommend.

I got an immediate call, and Bobby came out the very next day. He gave me an estimate for replacing a ceiling fan and fixing three bathroom fluorescent fixtures. I accepted, he got the hardware and bulbs and came back and fixed everything within a few hours. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of work. I will have them back the next time I need a repair.
