I made a mistake by working with this company. I thought they were trustable, but they way overcharged and they hid the cost in each item. For instance, they charged $7.09) totaling $148.89 for $7 dollars worth of ground wire. They tried to hide the invoice line items by not providing a full description. For instance, they had items on my invoice like When I asked for a detailed invoice with understandable descriptions, the owner became angry and he told me he was going to start legal action against me. Be very careful if you work with this company. I would strongly recommend that you get a second quote to compare the price with. I did afterward and the price was about half.

We had a problem with wall outlets in bedrooms. The problem was found easily and quickly by a very professional and knowledgeable electrician. I think the price was a tad high for spending only 45 minutes on the job, but we ARE happy that the problem is fixed!

Zach did an excellent job resolving our electrical needs. In less than 1.5 hours, Zach removed and replaced a large ceiling fan/light, replaced a light fixture, and replaced a wall switch, at a very reasonable price. No mess left behind. Zach was also very professional and personable. If you are planning to tip for good service, please tell them before they make out the bill on their electronic device, since they can't change it after the fact.

Overall great job and great professional electrician. Scheduling was a little difficult but I suspect that was because this was a small 2 hour job. Would definitely hire again.

Hired to install electrical service for a hot tub and an outlet with transfer switch for an emergency generator. They showed up on the day they said they would and compldeted the work that day and for the price estimated. The final product was done professionally. The electricians performing the work were knowledgeable and answered all questions and provide the proper amount of incite. I plan on hiring them for future work.

I received a call from Mr. Electric within 3 minutes of putting my request in to ServiceMagic. They came to my house 2 hours later. I have an older house with some unique wiring. The technicican took some time to determine the problem. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem within 2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Received a bid that was quite a bit higher than the others, but they were prompt, friendly and did a good job. The main power line to my house had to be turned off by the power company before the work could be completed, and they were very helpful in trying to get the power company to come back over and turn the power on (which took 7 hours).

I requested a quote and they were very kind to come after hours to give me the bid since I could not be home during normal work hours. We ended up going with a lower bid, but the rep was very professional and explainatory in his bid.
