As the landlord, I have yet to receive a receipt. I paid for the project when they were out initially. My tenant waited a few days to tell me that the repair lasted less than 24 hours. Supposedly, the technician has been out multiple times, but since they were only communicating with my tenant.

I am no sure of the reason for your rating as we have been to your tenant house multiple occasions (4) all of this under warranty and your tenants said they will be there and then they are not. We have talk and text on multiple occasions with you about their claim that the work was done did not fix the problem. Since then, We have verified the work we did, we talk to the tenants again and everything is working fine. We are really proud of our jobs and our technician, and we always try to see everything from the customer point of view. This is why we try so hard to get you the truth about the work we did. We are always here for you, as we always stand behind our jobs.

The work was great, would definitely hire him again. Only complaint is that he did some extra work without asking first and charged me for it but he did give me a discount on it so im happy with it. Customer service which is his wife is awesome.
