Chris was so patient when explaining what happened and ways to fix it. Lowest vs the highest priced options. Very pleasant and thorough. Im satisfied he adrresed my problem.

The service person was not clear about what he was doing and why. He took a long time and tried to upsell me on another product. I felt uncomfortable and that I was taken advantage of because of my gender and lack of knowledge.

I was extremely happy with the work that Mr Electric completed for us. The technician Nezir was fast, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would gladly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality electrical work.

I received a bid from another company that was more than 50% higher for the same work. And, the other company charged a service fee to give an estimate. Robert, from Mr. Electric, showed up within hours of the time that I called, and the work was done the same day. Robert was courteous and made insightful safety suggestions that altered my plans for installing a dedicated 220 V line in my garage. I'd definitely use their service again.
