Josh was professional and knowledgeable about his project. He installed a surge protector, connecting it to wires inside breaker box. The price for project was also reasonable.

He provided me with a few optional corrections that the system could use, and gave me those prices also. Great company. quick to arrive a solve the problem. Good price and nice to work with.

1st off the tech broke the ceiling fan that was to be installed that was on a Thursday even was told they would return Friday to install once i exchange broken fan (they would pay for fan if i couldn't exchange No Problem) so i exchange fan and Friday comes called them at 8:30 am to check if i was on the schedule she told me yes 11am to 3pm waited all day got a text asking could that instill on Monday my reply was No have appointments everyday next week then i got a text saying he finished early could he come today but im already on the schedule for him to come back out today i told them Yes still no one showed up i wouldn't even be give a bad review if he would have just PUT THE OLD LIGHT FIXTURE BACK UP AND NOT LEFT THE WIRES HANGING OUT ? They did give a refund for the fan not installed

I hired Mr Electric to install a ring doorbell. That job was completed and the ring doorbell is working just fine.

The office manager I talked to was very friendly and professional when I scheduled my appointment and gave me a precise service window, which the service electrician made on time. Scotty the service electrician contacted me to let me know that he was on his way when he was in route and arrived on time. When Scotty arrived he introduced himself and asked me for my idea on where I wanted my new outlet. After I showed him the location he put shoe covers on before coming inside to take a look at the possible locations to connect to on an inside outlet. We agreed on which inside outlet to use and he explained that my drywall wood need to be cut and repaired afterward. His drywall cuts were so precise that the wall repair will be very easy for me to do myself instead of hiring someone else. Once he was through with the outlet he cleaned the area up and left no scrap pieces or dust behind. Scotty had also done a courtesy survey of my breaker panel and pointed out that I might want to think about getting a surge protector added, which the previous electrician had not done when he installed my new panel 2 years ago. I asked Scotty to install the surge protector which he did in record time. Prior to him leaving he walked me through each area that he worked in to make sure that I was satisfied and answer any questions that I may have had. Scotty also covered the operation of the surge protector and explained what to do if it absorbed a surge. Overall I am very happy with the service that I received from Mr. Electric and will use them again if the need arises or recommend them to others. In particular I was impressed by my service electrician Scotty and his quick, professional work and cheerful attitude.

I really admire the professionalism and customer service would use this professional again. Highly recommended.
