The two technicians were extremely professional, helpful and personable. They listened to my needs and did a great job completing all my issues. They were both careful around my property and cleaned up afterwards. Sean and Lauren were amazing! What nice people too. I'm so glad I called.

I had a wiring issue with a three-way light switch the technician name is Sean Moran. 1- This guy showed me a low price in the beginning, but in the end, he charged me way more! Unbelievable! 2- Every time he asks me to sign something, he does not explain why unless if I ask him, I did not like this at all that is unprofessional! 3- It took him four and a half hours to find out what was wrong after several calls from his manager or whatever, the troubleshooting was so weak for sure there was a lack of knowledge and experience! 4- While the technician was on a break, he left the circuit breaker off, I decided to work on one of the outlets I was pulling its wires, and suddenly I saw the lights came on! Luckily my hands were off of the wires when I saw the lights on otherwise, I could have been a memory now! What a cheap company! And guess how all this happened? The technician turned on the circuit breaker while he is back from his break! This is not just unprofessional it is life danger to hire from this company! 5- After he left, I saw several outlets were not put back and the one he put back was upside down and without its cover! Of course, he did not clean his mess as well! 6- I started to work after him leaving all this mess, and while I am putting back the outlet, two of the circuit breakers tripped at one time! So now I am back to square one after I paid $396 :)

We needed the wiring for a sconce to be repaired. Our tecnician, Sean, arrived on time. He was very professional, amiable and thorough. He identifed and fixed the problem. He also took a look at some other electrical concerns we had. We got three quotes based on the range of work we wanted done. The pricing was fair and what we would expect. They also offer a program that gives you a discount on any future service. My son is studying to be an electrician, and Sean was kind enough to explain what he was doing during the repair.

Shawn was on time very courteous and did a great job installing my ceiling light.
