The company is top notch, from our first call to the finishing of the project. Great communication along the way and the electrician, Brooks, is most knowledgeable in the field, excellent communicator, efficient and very helpful in giving sound advice concerning our project. He replaced the panel, changed outlets, added a surge protector, used copper wiring to replace aluminum, upgraded the smoke alarms. He was punctual and remained at our home until his work was completed. Would have him in our home anytime in the future. We are most satisfied with the service and the completed work

Local technician "fixed" fixture and then was short with me when I questioned the work. I have no patience for poor/disrespectful customer service. We have an issue with the connection in a recessed light fixture. Mr. Electric's technician came out, said he fixed something and changed the bulb. The new bulb was very fluorescent and I did not care for the light it put off. When I changed back to the normal bulbs we use (in a room with at least 6 more of the very same bulbs and fixtures) the same issue returned. On the return visit, I met the technician at his vehicle and the conversation quickly devolved when I explained the issue.
