Mr. Electric did prompt service and made it easier when I asked to add different work and they did well. They were sincere and offered ideas for better lighting.

Paul came out he recommended a different way to accomplish objective which came out Better for less money. Friendly and honest. Left area spotless. He will do all my electric work. Thank you guys.

So far so good. The technician that came was professional and positive. The price was a bit high but not bad. The work is scheduled for Tuesday

After originally contacting Home Advisor for electrical work a handyman from Handy which is apparently associated with HA came to my home. He attempted to install a new ceiling light fixture with a a new switch. He completed some of it. However when it came time to turn on the light it kept tripping the breaker. Seems that could be issue! Anyway he said he would be back the next day to resume the job. Well he never showed up. Shocker!! I re-contacted HA and they assured me that he would not be returning. They had Izzy Beard from Mr. Electric come out. Izzy first verified that everything electrical throughout the house was inspected and up to code. As he got into the other guyâ s work he was surprised to see such a sloppy and unprofessional job. One of the connections in the attic had even started to arc and melt. Izzy got everything right and was professional in doing so. I would recommend Mr.Electric and highly recommend Izzy for your electrical issues or projects.

Our electrician, Tim Slaton, is awesome. He was very thorough and clearly communicated what he was doing and the expectations. Could not be happier with the end result.

The service technician,Israel Beard was very friendly and on time. Had everything on his vehicle to complete the job. And most importantly knew what he was doing. He repaired the previous â  electricianâ  sâ  so called job, which was a disaster waiting to happen!! If all of Mr.Electricâ  s employees are like Izzy, I would and will highly recommend them!!

The company responded quickly. An estimate was provided. The service tech was on time and knowledgeable. We ran into some issues and worked together to solve them. My only concern was that the technician was rather messy and disorganized with his tools, the lighting parts, and the packing materials. I was concerned he might lose something. He ended up leaving several tools behind on a plant shelf. The lighting was installed properly to my relief.

Very professional starting with the initial call. Yes, a contractor that actually called. So many do not. The work was top quality, the technicians were friendly and they cleaned up afterwards. They showed up when they said they would. You can feel comfortable hiring Mr. Electric for your electrician needs. I'm already arranging additional services with them that I'd like done.
