Justin Palmer what’s the electrician that came out to look at our house? I used to be an electrician and expressed some concerns about a few things around the house that we had been quoted from another electrical company which had stated that we needed to have our whole house rewired which wasn’t the case just a few things are out of code that had been a grandparent over because our house is so old which need to be brought up to code to fix some certain issues in the house that I am having currently replaced the outlet that was causing our issue currently and gave us a quote for the rest of the house to be brought up to code as well as handling the issue efficiently, as well as bringing several things of his own that I was very impressed with such as his own outdoor rug to clean off his shoes before putting a cover on them to come inside

We were desperate to get help with our electrical issues, and no other company had any availability for days or even weeks. Mr. Electric sent someone out immediately. Josh, the technician, was so helpful. He took the time to listen to everything, was unfailingly polite, checked every outlet, and gave us the answers we needed. I can't recommend this company enough.

on time with rinders and on way call. stayed on task but pleasant and answered amy question. consulted about chpices, notifiede in advance if part had to be ordered, offered me choices and advice, totally professional and charming. Felt so at ease. switchboard Amy just as great. So good, I looking at hiring their sister company on plumbing, Rooter. it is always a "blind date" on hiring by phone, but this was a "dream daye." Highly recommend.

This is the most professional company I have ever worked with. From the first communication to the last, they anticipated and answered every question, including providing a photo of the technician and his van prior to his visit, along with a map showing where he was 10 minutes until his arrival. I was thanked with a personal letter before the job was even completed. Thomas was the ultimate professional as well as personable, and worked all day to finalize replacing my breaker box so that I would have AC again in hot Columbia, SC. I have already referred them to a neighbor and would recommend them to you too!
