I had a 50 amp outlet installed near the power panel in my garage for my RV, and a whole house surge suppressor. The price was a bit high ($650) for both. I opted for the surge suppressor because the installer, Eric Lawler, told me it came with a $10,000 warranty to cover the cost of damages to my appliances if the suppressor failed. I asked for the warranty page that came with the device and he handed it to me as he left. It said the device was warrantied for two years, but it said nothing about the $10,000 coverage for damaged appliances. I spent over an hour on the phone with Square D technical support and confirmed that the model installed in my home has NO appliance warranty. I called Mr. Electric and left a message for the owner. The owner, Tracy Israel, called me and explained that the installer believed, as he did, that all the suppressors they install come with coverage for damage caused by the failure of the device. He was extremely accommodating and understanding, and he quickly provided a refund. That is EXACTLY the kind of response I was hoping for. I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Frisco. They stand behind their work and are very responsive to their customers.

Electrician was on-time, wore protective clothing, mask, shoe guards, and did a very professional job installing a wall outlet for a new SmartTV. I would recommend Mr. Electric of Frisco to anyone. The texts showed me when tech would arrive with a picture. Very professional.
