"Thank you for your feedback with your experience with Mr Electric. We strive to keep customers happy. My Technicians did state that they tried to correct the doorbell, however it was a wireless system and was within the unit, which was beyond normal repair as the repair of these type systems are to replace due to part availability. As far as pricing goes, the Technician was supposed to provide an upfront quote before the work was authorized. Was the quote given before the work was started? I will surely look into this as far as protocol is concerned."
