John, the owner, called me back seconds after I hit submit online. Within 20 minutes he was at my house to give me an estimater. I hired him on the spot. He came the following weekend to complete the project. A crew of 4 came to work on the house. They were all very pleasant and had great personalities. They all worked for work that day to ensure the project was completed in one day. I will use them moving forward, for any electrical needs and will be referring them to anyone I know that need works done.

They did a good job. The only problem was they were late. They called me and told me. However, they did not show up for 5 hours. I felt they should have kept me updated. I will still use them again.

These guys called the same day that I requested a name. They were a bit late coming because of some unforeseen circumstances, but they got here took our ceiling fan down and cleaned it and got it working again!! They were so nice and knew exactly what they were doing. So very happy. Are coming back this week to clean and oil all our fans.

This is the second time we have called for Mr. Electric's assistance. As before, the service was well performed and the workers courteous and professional. Even when called away from the repair due to an occurrence at another location where an electrical fire started and was stopped, they kept me informed as to what was occurring and came back to complete my request after usual working hours. When I first called to request service, I talked with a very kind and professional rep, who promised me a call back the next morning. And they actually called back the next morning! The serviceman took the time to get directions from me, and was extremely courteous and professional. And the work turned out to be much less expensive than I had anticipated. He come a little early then I was ready for! But he looked over and did a little rewiring and I do not need a new pool pump! Although the surround are weathered and the price was reasonable. So, after master when its self!! we plan on addressing the weathered cables surrounding the wire with "Mr. Electric"

Great Work installing light fixtures but was unable to remedy bad doorbell. Quite expensive.

"Thank you for your feedback with your experience with Mr Electric. We strive to keep customers happy. My Technicians did state that they tried to correct the doorbell, however it was a wireless system and was within the unit, which was beyond normal repair as the repair of these type systems are to replace due to part availability. As far as pricing goes, the Technician was supposed to provide an upfront quote before the work was authorized. Was the quote given before the work was started? I will surely look into this as far as protocol is concerned."
