Professional and friendly.

Very professional people. I needed a 240V outlet for EV charging. But I didn't have the EVSE with me at the time when they came to setup the outlet. And when I finally installed the EVSE, thankfully the outlet was at a perfect height from the garage floor . I believe that comes only from past experience they had with similar installation.

Had a bad GFI in upstairs bathroom causing numerous dead outlets. Listed the problem on Angi's list and within minutes got a call from Mr. Electric and they showed up within hours. Replaced a bad GFI and had the power to the outlets restored in 10 to 15 minutes. I knew the problem was a bad GFI and was worried that I'd get anyone to respond soon because it was such a small job but Mr. Electric responds quickly to all jobs, big & small.

Work was quick and efficient. Worker knowledgeable.

Joe from Mr Electric is just great. Quick, honest, got a great deal. and everything came out perfect - I am ready for summer. I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend.

Technician who came to do the job four weeks ago was incompetent and rude. Did not know how to do the job and was taking it out on us. Charged us more then initially quoted. We were forced to pay all the money even when the problem was not fixed. Company tried to send another technician to correct incorrect installation done by previous technician but the job is still not complete. We have been calling and leaving messaging and sending text since last two weeks but no response. We did not expect this type of service from reputed company like Mr. Electric.

They wired my kitchen island outlets which the other co. Didnâ t do. Now I can use my microwave .

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He explained what could be the problem (s) with an AFCI breaker, so I knew what I might be paying for. Gave me an estimate based on a worst case scenario and was done for less because it ended up being the breaker only. Mr. Electric will be my go to if I need an electrician again. Only downside was communication on scheduling. Realize that they do not know if they are walking into a 5-minute job or 5-hour job so prepare to be flexible on schedule.

They fixed my problem and were courteous.

They arrived very quickly after I called. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the pleasant and helpful technician.

Did not have the right color switch plates so now they have to be changed!

Very friendly and efficient. He didn't have the bulbs i needed with him so he went to pick them up to make sure the job was done in the same day.

The repair was done quickly and without any problems. The electrician told me what he was going to do, and it was done in a short time.

Problem they came for was miss diagnosed and I was sold other repair service which I did need but they did the other stuff first and then realized they couldnâ t fix my original issue that day since it was late and I had to reschedule.

The professional they sent was great. He knew exactly what I needed and completed the two jobs right then and there. I was very pleased and would use them again.
