Worth every penny, my service man was amazing and went through my entire home to make sure everything was safe. Was not pushy about doing more than I could afford. Made me a wish list for later when my funds are better.

Hired them to install my pool heater, did not pass inspection, after they left 2 outlet in my laundry room does not work, they came back out to because it did not pass inspection. Now after they left the 2nd time my pool heat does not work at all now, and my 2 outlets in my laundry room still does not work.

We would suggest purchasing a new heater or we can provide one for you at our cost, and we can come by an install the new heater. As for the outlets in the laundry, our technicians gladly troubleshot the outlets (no charge) that were not a part of the pool heater, and when given the cost for running new wire you chose not to proceed. If you would like us to return we can gladly repair these outlets, and provide pricing for the new heater. We look forward to being apart of future projects with you. Thank you for the opportunity."

*Update* - I hired another company and the exact same job the cost came to $176!!! I am telling you, if you don't know what a cost should be do not expect you're getting a fair price with Mr. Electric of St. Cloud! / Where do I begin. Work quality, Derrick was very nice. Very good person. Customer service, Darrin and Derrick are nice in person and over the phone. Value for money, this is where you should say no and do not fall for their sales approach. I had two light switches that were flickering. Needed to be looked at. Mr. Electric comes out and does a home inspection basically set up for 2 hours and they look throughout the house for things that could be fixes at the current time or set up for future work. Wonderful approach. However, with my two light quote afterwards you will be billed for 2nd branch circuit diagnosis and repair, circuit restoration fee, and 1 pole 15A - 120V for this repair. The total cost I needed to pay to have two light switches repaired was $673 with tax. For two lights to look at. How many lights are you looking to have fixed before you contact Mr. Electric of St. Cloud? I ended up paying the $100 dispatch fee they charge and Derrick left. Again super nice guy and he does not set the pricing but please do not put yourself in my situation as I reached out to other electricians and I could've saved $400 - $450 by using them. Please do not do what I did! I did call and speak with Darrin and had a very good talk but after being offered a lower price by taking out the poll charge which still was about $250 more than any other electrician out there I could not receive a $100 refund on my dispatch fee. I asked but it was not an option. After this job is done soon by another electrician I still will save around $300 - $400 to get my two flickering lights fixed. If I receive a reply here there will be an attempt to make it sound different than what happened(I do hope it is a response in agreement of this) but this was the experience and charge I received. You will flush $100 down the toilet if you even click on matching yourself with Mr. Electric of St. Cloud. I let Darrin know after our nice conversation that I will be putting my experience out here which he understood so please know this was a nice customer experience but a very poor outcome as I paid $100 for the opportunity to talk to nice people. Save your money and go somewhere else!

We are sorry you had a bad experience, and had a set price in mind for your project. The only thing we would like to clarify is that our service did include: Home Safety Check (Free of Charge) Dispatch Fee (Waived upon authorization from customer) The troubleshoot and repair of an entry light that had LED lights go out with in a year The troubleshoot and repair of (1) light switch The troubleshoot and repair of (1) garbage disposal switch We do not charge hourly fees, we have set pricing. If you choose not to use our services you are correct the $100 dispatch fee is charged. However, if you authorize us to do the work we will (waive) the dispatch fee. The total cost was $673, however, with the minus $100 it goes to $573. Unfortunately we could not meet your expected $150-$200, limit. We also offered the 15% off advantage plan that was not chosen. We are very appreciative of your review and hope that in the future you will consider us, taking into account the customer experience and the complete package presented to you when making your decision. We can not please all the people all the time; just some of the people some of the time."
