I feel scammed! I had two outlets go out in two separate areas of my house (back porch and garage door opener in ceiling) weird! I tried to fix myself and reset breakers, looked for gfiâ s, and even replaced both breakers at panel just in case went bad because were dual function breakers ( itâ s honestly not rocket science, 3 screws and make sure power off 10 minute project). Didnâ t fix outlets. Called mr electric because they were able to get me in sooner than others. Tech shows up and tells my wife $320 fee just to look at it. Whatever, I need to be able to use my garage. I arrived 10 minutes later and ask how heâ s gonna fix it. Tech keeps dodging question and say I gotta pay first and doesnâ t know problem yet and has to find a short in the line. Weird you know the price but still gotta find problem? Red flag, but I need to use garage. Talks me into upgrading to get my moneyâ s worth by buying their silver package with a surge protector. Tells me a surge protector is usually $600 alone. I begrudgingly pay $719 to fix problem and get surge protector. I keep asking how is this problem fixed. â Iâ ll tell you when I done fixing so you can fix if happens again when Iâ m doneâ . I knew it was gfiâ s I missed at this point and just got scammed for almost 1k. . When finished he takes me around and shows me an outlet by my pool and one behind my safe in garage and then tells me â I shouldâ ve looked better ha haâ . My wife and I felt livid so I called manager Bobby to tell him how taken advantage of we felt. While, he did apologize that we felt this way, he gave me every excuse and say they did give us price before completing work and surge protector is $600 value. I didnâ t call them for a surge protector. I called them to fix outlets and felt scammed into buying that because they were already charging a fortune to press two buttons I could have done myself. If there had been disclosure prior to service, I would have just had them press 2 buttons and paid their $320 â diagnosticâ fee (which is insane because when I booked it they told me $49, but I was desperate to get fixed) LONG STORY SHORT, COMPANY IS PREDATORY DO NOT USE!!!

very professional took the time to explain what had to be done and how he would do it no short cuts the technician I worked with was Darrin I would hire them again

The initial inspection was thorough and professional. The electrician wore booties into the house. He went down to the basement to check fuse box. He took a few minutes in truck to put a quote together. For the work to be done the price is fair and I was given a military discount. I am happy with the first part. Second part of work being done is scheduled.

Excellent company with excellent technicians. Checked electrical main panel and explained recommendations for code updates. The installation of my light fixture was done on the first day and we will definitely call to schedule additional work later.

The electrician was great when he finally showed up over 2 hr. late. My wait window wad 8-12, he showed up at 2. Apparently there was an â emergencyâ and he was sent elsewhere. Which is fine, but the office could have called and informed me, I shouldnâ t have had to call them. Good electrician, terrible customer service from the office.
