Did a good job. I think if a 120v outlet is fixed. In 10 seconds, it should be $20.00 instead of 350.00. Especially if the other work done total is over $1.000.00, and you?re all done in 1 hour. Just my opinion. 3 stars for the price. The work is 5 stars.

Jasper did go beyond just swapping the outlet; he troubleshot the underlying issue to make sure it was resolved safely and wouldn't come back, but we get how that doesn't always feel proportional in the moment. Your point is fair, and we're sorry the value didn't land right for you on that part. Let me tell you about Tony! We were already a bit irritated that we had to have a 2nd city inspection due to a prior employee with Mr. Electric not properly completing the replacement of our breaker box. Not a huge issue, just an inconvenience as I work from home and am very busy. I opened my door today and there was Tony with a smile on his face! He and the city inspector were able to resolve on their end within minutes! Tony was very professional and asked if while he was at our home if we had any other work needing done. He walked around with me and I showed him a few issues we needed addressed. He had an estimate worked up in less than 10 minutes and promptly emailed it over. I let him know I would need to speak with my husband before committing to repair and I LOVE that he did not push me just to make a sale. That is the worst!! If I'm ready, I'll tell you! We then chatted for a few minutes and had a delightful conversation and joked with me about us wanting to put in securitycams so my son cant sneak in his girlfriend!!!! 😊 All in all, very pleased with Tony's courtesy and professionalism as well as letting me see his human side thru our conversation together. We look forward to working with Mr. Electric again and especially with Tony. We were strangers before today, and im always trepdacious about a repair person coming over when my husband isnt home. Tony made me feel COMFORTABLE while he was in our home and we will be absolutely delighted to work with him again in the future! TONY THE TERRIFIC, a hidden gem!!! Thank YOU Tony!!

The dispatch person was very friendly, got to me very quickly, got me an appointment the next day! Notified me when they were on the way. The technician was a 17-year veteran electrician, and the job was done in about 45 minutes! The price was reasonable for the work I had done! Zack was excellent!
