Don't do it!! I hired Mr. Electric to install a flood light in my garage and diagnose a problem in my living room (broken circuit). He installed the flood light ($250 for 90 minutes of work), and then puttered around for an hour in the living room. Long story short, he left without fixing the problem. He essentially gave up after checking a few outlets, yet still charged me $130. He also took 10-12 phone calls while on my job...I got ripped off. BTW - he also quoted me $250 to replace 4 basic light fixtures (I declined). Most electricians will do it on straight T&M basis for half. Pick someone else.
