Excellent worksmanship and attention to detail. In addition the office staff is very friendly and responsive. After having worked with many different electricians, it is a pleasure to write a positive review for a firm that has done good work.

TEK came out for the estimate in the morning and sent it via e-mail the same day. They came via appointment as agreed, on time and performed the work efficiently and professionally.

Arrive on time. Appeared very professional in execution of work. Have not followed up yet; however, all installations seem to be working.

TEK Electric were prompt in contacting us initially, and work was done. The ceiling fan repair didn't take (they said it might not), but they said if I bought a new fan they would install it no charge. I was very dissatisfied with that installation. I wasn't charged, but the electrician used the wrong mount for the ceiling height (too low), wall unit was wrong (he should have known and not installed it -looks awful, and he left my old 52" fan ON MY BED. The empty box was also in the room. Very sloppy. We called at least 4 times during July to have this corrected and no return calls. This was NOT completed to our satisfaction.

Very good communication when we scheduled the job. Very poor communication when we requested a minor change to what was done and an update on a portion of the job which could not be completed. High quality work, but needs to improve quality/timeliness of communication before I would use them agian

I think the job they did was great, although no great bargains were offered. Tom's business is typical of a well-run operation. He provides quality services and his apprentices knew their stuff. I might use them again if I had a new project but their pricing is not as competitive, so I might shop around next time around instead of going to them as a preferred service.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the work.

We got quotes for a lot of different jobs, and they were very helpful in separating the different tasks out. Unfortunately, a lot of the prices were much higher than we expected. So we chose to have them do only one job. The pair of electricians who came out were very friendly and competent. We had some very challenging wiring, but they crawled into the attic and dealt with all of it. Even though they stayed about 2 1/2 hours, they did not charge extra. And I had a very enjoyable morning chatting with them while they worked.

They were timely, courteous and professional. I would gladly recommend them. Thanks again.

These guys showed up on time and completed most of the required work. I am waiting to schedule a follow up to complete the work. I can let you know more after the follow up.

Initially,, installation had minor issue but aftercare was excelent. After calling to report the problem of installation, they immidiately came back to fix the issue. however, small detail to install switch was OK but not impressive.
