Tree Removal
After they removed the trees, you cannot tell by the yard that trees were removed. They were extremely careful about the flowers and landscaping. They still are going to remove the stumps. I would highly recommend them.

Disappointed with follow-up. Eric put effort into tree removal but did not respond as promised to repair damage to patio, fence and lawn. This was left up to us. We paid additional $400 in repairs. Plus lots of lumps and bumps in our back yard.

Truck ran out of room. I was left with some stump by the curb, which luckily the city picked up on refuse day. They said they would be back, but the city got there first. Not sure I'd count it against them... Otherwise good, easy transaction.

"excellent service same day estimate, quick response and service. Reasonable pricing. A few firewood sized pieces cut and left on the tree lawn for free firewood for a couple days till the log truck could pick them up and they were taken. For all of this a 3.67 rating??? goes to show you ratings are Over Rated!!! Not a reflection of much of anything and inspite of such low ball ratings we still sport a 4.84 after 2 yuears on Service Magic and hundreds of customers, most of which are fully satisfied and don't bother to send in a rating. Oh well you can't please everyone for a 5.0 apparently."

Falls did a GREAT job with our tree removal next to our pool, and did it with extreme caution to not harm the pool. We are VERY pleased with their pricing and timing to complete the project. I would HIGHLY recommend them for tree removal to friends and neighbors. The only thing I could say they need a slight improvement on is communication. Just to make sure they are there to answer calls. Overall a FANTASTIC job!!!

Since their price is very reasonable, I am very flexible about the time when he would be able to come. This allows him to group several projects in the neighborhood on the same day. So I waited about 10 days before he showed up for the job. I don't mind, so he could save on gas.

Left large branches all over the deck, did not clean up after trimming, did not finish the first day, came back a week later to remove the stumps and still did not clean up the trimmed branches that fell on the deck.

"There was no branch on the deck. It fell from another storm and wasn't even part of our work. This customer has never called to ask for anything or notified us of any problem but finds time to complain on line. Time to start a contractor driven site identifying problem clients. They didn't pay anything to date either. Tells it all."
