Cleaned, repaired and stained my deck as well as replaced some siding on my house. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and felt that he was honest and fair in terms of price. I would absolutely recommend him and would hire him again.

This is a rental home, I own from over 1,500 miles away. We had a plumbing problem that over flowed into the hall carpet. After one contractor gave me an estamate of over $3K just to remove the damaged dry wall, subfloor etc, I contact Todd to go and give me a 2nd opinion. He didn't find any damage, mold or any water/wetness at all. Then to top it off, he wouldn't even let me pay him for coming over to inspect and give me an estimate. What a rare thing in this day and age ... an honest repair person.

First-rate� is what comes to mind to describe Todd and his work. I had multiple projects and he did them all. He is professional and courteous; and has a great personality. While he was working, I noticed additional projects and he agreed to do them. The projects he did for me ranged from repairing nail pops, painting, replacing my door bell, repairing my curtain rod etc. Todd is the best, great to work with and I recommend him without reservation!

Todd repaired the frame around my garage door that I accidentally coasted into and busted up. It was exceptional work at a reasonable price. He was there when he said he was going to be. The work was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use his services again. Thanks Todd!
