He did a fine job. He had some part problems but said we could have him come back to the house and he would not charge us for a new house call. The ice maker is working so far, so no need to have him come back.

There was a bit of communication problem arranging the time for the repair to be done. The initial communication called for the repair to be done the next day, however, that was delayed a day due to the company not communicating their repair order between dispatch and repair person. I was satisfied with the demeanor and knowledge displayed by the repair person. I was suprised to learn upon paying for the repair in full that the agreed method of payment, i.e., Discover Card, was not an option when payment was handled due to their credit card maching in the mobile van not working properly. Payment had to be made by personal check.

Mr Hooks was prompt, polite and efficient. I'm planning to use his services for another appliance repair.

The gentleman who came to repair my oven got right to the project, did a quick test to deterine what part he needed, went to get it and returned quickly. He installed the new part and made sure that the oven heated correctly and left. He was neat and worked cleanly.

They had many options for me to choose from; even coming back on a Sunday with the Parts and worked with me on my payment. Such professional service, with a personal Touch. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended. They did not rush, and Ron was cheerful, optimistic and extremely concerned about my food, and the time the refrigerator was out. Follow-up calls when the service was completed, to make sure everything was working ok, even with a 1 year warranty! Great guys to do business with.

I called the morining of 7/29 for a repair on my dryer. They were able to send somone about an hour after I called. The repair man was friendly, knowledgable and fast. The price seemed fair. I was in a hurry to get the dryer fixed so I did not get any other quotes.

I asked Jordan to check the ac to see what was wrong. He said we just need freon. I told him its like it aint blowing hard enough. He said that's all it was. Paid $175 and two days later its doing the same thing. My wife called him yesterday to tell him and he said he would be back today. So i've been calling to see what time he's coming and all I get is voicemail. I just threw $175 out the window as it would seen at the moment. Now I don't have no air.

He was on time, knew what the problem was and fixed it immediately.

He came out took the machine apart found out it was the transmission said it might still be under a warranty let me know I should call and double check with Whirlpool. I did and Whirlpool ended up picking up the tab even though it was not under warranty. He was precise and quick. He also had a coupon and I only had to pay 20.00 for service call were others were 75.00. Thanks

Selected this service for their low-price diagnosis. The serviceman was on time, courteous, and informative. I was disappointed, however, that he offered no alternatives but for me to purchase a new refrigerator to replace one that was only 7 years old and in otherwise good condition. Nor do I know whether it was both or either the circuit board and/or the compressor that is the problem. My recommendation would have these limits attached.
